dont want it anymore....i removed the belt..with the hose's and everything else still connected..with that mess anything up at all if just the belt is removed?

the safe thing to do is take off the pump and braket all the lines and belts and swap in a non power steering rack, but if you just take off the belt you are ok, you only have to worry if you undo the fluid lines your rack could lock up and that is very unsafe and unstreetable so good luck hope this helps

thats what i was told, to take off the hose and wrap it around the steering rack. but that didnt sound to good to me..so all i did was take off the belt. seems like the safest way to do it without having to remove everything. i dont feel like going through all that hassle
