Sorry for not answering but why do you need another one?

JDM D15B Vtec distributor is exactly the same, but probably even harder to come by, D15B7 uses the same sensors, but the mounting flange is different, you can take both distributors apart though and swap the guts, i've done that before. The only thing is the wires going to the 2 plugs are slightly shorter so they wont reach the metal clips they are supposed to be attached to, just doesn't look as clean, works fie though

I can't say for sure as i've never had that sensor go bad, i've fried several crankshaft position sensors and one cly position sensor, i had both of those die in one distributor and the car still ran, poorly, very poorly, but i've heard a lot of guys say that if one of those sensors die the car wont start, my advice, borrow an OBD1 d series distributor, and try it, even if the bolt holes don't line up you can clamp it on with a pair of vice-grips to see if the car will start

The d16z6, d15z1, and obd1 JDM d15b VTEC share the same distributor.

I'm looking at an explodede view of the dist. right now, and it looks like the CKP/TDC/CYP can be removed and replaced [someone correct me if I'm wrong please]. Will probably save you some $ just replacing it instead of getting another dist.

Just a thought...

You can very definately remove and replace the sensors in the distributor, the problem has always been in obtaining new sensors as honda only sold complete distributors, however i inquired about this within the past year at honda and they informed me that you can now buy sensors. you still might have to buy all 3 though, i'm not sure. The other thing is all 3 sensors appear to be the same, even the resistance is supposed to be the same for all 3, so i can't see any reason why you couldn't get another bad distributor and take a good sensor out it, even it were a different sensor and use that.
