Default Lowering 98 EX coupe help

Hi, I just got a stock 98 EX coupe and I was wondering what I can get to lower my car. I'm thinking about getting wheels for the car.

In order of increasing cost:

Cut stock springs with stock shocks
Lowering springs with stock shocks
Cut stock springs with aftermarket shocks
Lowering springs with aftermarket shocks
Crappy adjustable coilovers
Decent coilovers
Good coilovers

How about the Skunk2 coilovers with shocks? Those are about $500-600, are those good?

well it all depends on what your able to spend, if you can spend that much go for it. But some of us have budgets. So i just got drop zone struts, and Tein S Tech lowering springs. I spent like 325. It lowered my 96 ex coupe aboue an inch and a half. Do that and throw on a lip and it looks sick.

You can probably get Koni Yellows with some good springs like H&R or Ground Control for that much.

I'm trying to put some 99-00 SI rims on my 98 milano red EX, would it look weird if I didn't lower it?
