need help getting the civic back on the road asap!!!!!!!!!!

ok i have a 98 civic with an ls vtec swap in it and i cant pass emissions. motor is obd1 but i run the stock ecu for testing. is there anyone out there that know any tricks i could use to get the car to pass? last i checked i had 2 codes one was fuel and the other had something to do with the dizzy. i could realy use some help guys thanks
