Default 1994 Cx Hatch with 96 ITR Ecu Question

Currently i have a 96 itr ecu with a jumper harness in my 94 hatch. If i switched to a p28 to run hondata would i just remove the jumper harness and it will plug right in, and not throw a check engine light?

depending on where you jumpered in the VTEC harness and O2 wires... it should plug right in.

if i remember correctly, since the car is OBD1 and if that motor is OBD2, then you will just need to switch the dizzy to OBD1 and then i dont think you will need the jumper
