hey does anyone know where i can get a diagram for under the hood on my 95 civic

Come on now, I googled eg civic fuse diagram and the first picture that came up was the right one, it couldn't have eluded you.

ok so i put in the 15 a fuse and the fan came on and then when i turned on the car i read the codes and then i turned off the car well i thought that i did cause i tool the key out and the car stayed on why did it stay on

Woah. There must be something wrong with your ignition. Or you have a turbo timer installed somewhere that you dont know about.

maybe cause the car was turbo before i got it but with a diff engine
