Default Tranny leak

So this notch in my clutch cover is a steady slow leak. I had to refill my tranny a few times now because of this leak. any suggestions to what I need to do. I replaced My clutch not too long ago. did I F up a seal somewhere?

If you are sure it's originating from under that cover and is definitely the transmission (not the rear main seal on the engine) then you must replace the main/input shaft seal. To do so the tranny must be opened and have it's guts pulled out. If you do this, might as well replace all the seals and bearings while you are in there/paying for the labor.
