Default Possible ISB?

recently purchased a 01 ITR trans, when i went to inspect the transmission i spun the input shaft and it seemed to make some sorta clicking noise. The noise only comes on the initial tug and nothing there on out. Is this normal? or am i looking at possible issues? any input is appreciated...thanks!

Wiggle the input shaft up/down/side to side. Does it move independently from the trans housing? Thats usually my initial check and about as much as u can do without opening up the case. Rotating the shaft will produce some noise.
