sounds like a battery...after it stops cranking, does your car lose power, as in, do power windows work, radio working? If they still work after it stops cranking, id lean toward starter.

yea everything works. Do you think the starter could be not powerful enough to crank my motor? I have charged the battery and got it started one time but I turn it off then try and start again and it wont and loses cranking power.

Charge the battery and try again people use stock honda starters for 800 hp cars i dont think its that.

check the water in your battery might be low becasue you charge the battery and it work but stoped working after you shut it off, meaning the battery is not holding it's charge...if it's not that check your alternator...

Go buy a Volt meter. Put both ends on the battery and see how much voltage it's putting out. Next go to your alternator and see if your getting power to it. If you are, then check the ground.

I also recomend doing this ^^ I just replaced the starter on my Y7 with the same symptoms: slowly craked like the battery was almost dead and alt, battery and grounds checked out fine. At that point I replaced the starter - problem solved.

yo, wats up...... take a volt meter and go from the battery positive to the starter in power wire(trace it from the battery to the starter) and make sure thes a reading of less than .5v , ok. if less go from the starter case to battery negitive, same here .5v or less. if either is over .5v , a new stater may not fix the problem.get back to me, let me know ur results, and you should be cranking the car, or attempting to when you take your reading. hope this helps.
