very low idle at start up, any ideas???

Default very low idle at start up, any ideas???

At start up, engine idles like around 100 rpm. When i step on the gas pedal, it goes back to normal. What might it be?? Thanks for the help

So the engine Idles @ 100 rpms?

You do know that the motor will not idle under 400, cause it wont stay on!

especially if it's only at a cold startup. if the car is warmed up and you shut it off and start it up do yo u have the same issues? if not then check the fitv

The graduation marks between the 0-1k are NOT even graduations. if the idle is below about 4-500, the tach will register ZERO.. and i've had my engine keep stumbling along as low as 250

indicated by tach on my vafc, not the dash tach
