Default low idle and weird lag?

ive been having this weird problem , when its cold it runs normal but when its fully warmed up th idle sinks low. then when i take off it feels like theres a 800 pound guy in the back seat, no cels and the compression is good across the board. any ideas?

take off your idle air control valve, clean it with carb cleaner, after that spray some lube into it so the rubber wont dry out, make sure after its on to get all of the air out of your coolant system, also try adjusting the flat head screw on the throttle body, thats your idle adjuster, if it still acts funny, try cleanin the fitv

Not trying to thread jack here but how does one have to adjust that idle screw? I mean I forgot, do you have to unplug the IACV or leave it on? My **** is acting the same way.out of nowhere at a stop it drops and then sometimes comes back up but sometimes it don't so im gonna adjust the screw since I just replaced the intake header and got a catback exhaust. Maybe I need to adjust it?

lol nice, yeah i know what the iacv is and ive tryed cleaning it . also ive adjusted the idle screw plenty of times with no avail, i can take it all the way down and she still runs, so im kinda leaning towards a vacuum issue.

ive got a brand new o2 sensor and it's not that. Also, the IACV has nothing to do with the problem I have, my idle doesn't fluctuate nor is it high. I'm thinking more along the lines of TPS / Dizzy

my car kinda does the same thing... its really hot here right now, over 90 and when i run my A/C it dips pretty low, but it never dies... i was thinking about cleaning my IACV anyways, since its not really that hard to do...

but my car doesnt feel like it bogs when i accelerate...
