Default B20 V-Tec Turbo overheating problem????

I have a B20 V-Tec Turbo on my Girlfriends EK Coupe. Its tuned on crome running 5 psi.I replaced the block with a fresh block and it still ran hot.I also resurfaced the head and it has a new factory head gasket.I change the fan to a slim line fan and the thermostat.I also did a pressure check on all the hoses to see if there were any pin hole leaks and it was all fine.It doesnt use coolant.Everytime I climb hills for 2 miles without boosting it,It starts to run over the half mark.I checked the timing and its perfect.I also checked to see if the sprockets and Top Dead center was lined up and its all good. The fan also turns on.I cant really think what else it can be.Any suggestions guys? Its really frustrating.I spent alot of money and it still wont run cool.My 4 door runs cool and it runs 18psi and never overheats.Very confused???Help please!!!!

When I first drive it for 20 minutes,It starts to overheat! It stays above the halfway mark and it stays there. It doesnt disove any coolant. Its still at the top and the res is at the max mark so I know its okay on that end.

Oh yea,I changed my water pump today and I added a block off shield in front of the turbo.I also put header wrap on the downpipe to keep the head down a bit! I just have to test drive it now.Ill keep you posted if these 3 things worked. Thanks for the input.Ill keep u all posted!!!!

It worked!!!Problems all solved.Im not sure if the block off shield is helping but I think the old water pump wasnt circulating enough water through the system fast enough.I climbed a big hill of up to 3,000 elevation for 12 miles and it stayed cool the whole way. Thanks guys for all your input on this.Ill post a pic of the block off shield I made for my turbo. The plate mounts where the A/C condensor should be.

so all the plate does is force the heated air to rise/fall instead of go staight against the block/head?
sweet, you let your girlfriend drive it boosted.

It forces more air into the radiator.
