1992 HB?

I have a 1992 prelude non vtec for sale, and some guy asked if i would trade it for a 1992 civic hb with a vtec in it? good deal or bad deal??

IMO i would take a hatch over a lude any day of the week...but thats just me!

5 spd stick, insane mods, the ricer body kit, the sexy headunit with 2 12's powered by alpine.
my boosted 5 psi lude with a sexier headunit with 2 15's powered by jbl 2200 watt?

well im not into the whole stereo thingy...but the ricer body kit can be fixed. i guess im biased towards the hatch because it weights SO much less than the lude....
