so i just got a chip made from phearable for my exact setup plus a 255lph fuel pump. i put in both then it started and ran for about 30 seconds, then died, then wouldnt start. I called it a day, then today i tried it again after checking fuses and fuel pump connections, and it almost ran, just a puking sound then died. There is fuel in the lines, and splugs are good, any ideas? i need this dam thing runnin soon.

 

when the plugs came out, what did they look like?

 

plugs were little brownish/red, and my fault cus im not gettin any fuel at the rail. heres the thing i did all this w/out disconnectin the neg bat cable, i replace one fuse all the others were good, but i thot i heard the pump prime the first time i tried it, but now it doesnt make any noise. do u know of any wiring places that couldve fried or anything else to check?

 

check for 12v at the fuel pump and 12v at the yellow/blk injector wires. if not, stgart looking at the main relay. is the cel coming on when the fuel pump should be priming? then going off?

 

the fuel pump connecter in the tank fell off in the initial installation, its a little wet could this be causing my problems?

i have tested the wires goin to the fuel pump, and have found it has power when it shude, so is the pump busted? or is the some other possible problem, now i have a sweet 100$ paperweight.
