you gob ack there and shove the rethreader kit down his throat when he refuses to do it.
but seriously, talk to his manager and if hes a manager / owner, call the BBB.

for the heli coil kit use the inclosed drill bit put a dab of high temp grease on it and slowspeed drill the damaged thread out the grease will help catch the metal. Next use the tap and thread the hole you just drilled. Use grease again to catch the metal and turn it in about a 1/4 turn at a time then back it out a bit turn the tap another 1/4 turn. Take it slow you want to make sure you get a good thread cut Be careful not to bottom the tap out in the hole or it might brake. once that is done put the heli coil on the install tool and thread it in. one word of advice make sure the hole is deep enough that the heli coil is flush when installed if not you are in for a real *** pounding trying to get it out or cut the thread.
If you have a true rethreader kit you have to have some type of threads left to use it. Again use a little grease and its as easy as turning in a bolt. run it in with a wrench buy hand then remove it. Will clean up the threads and let you put the bolts back in

ok thanks allot man. ill be shure to get it deep enough so i dont hav to deal with it. the only thing that sucks even more though is that i have to do it five times... this blows so much... well ill update when i finish it.
F that. Go back and tell them he's responsible...you dont have to fix ****.
If they dont comply tell them that youre going to file paperwork and sue. 9/10 shops will fold right there, because they'll lose in court

%100 true. They will preassure you so you will wimp out before actually even thinking you have the law on your side. Once you show them you are FIRMLY sticking to holding them responsible, then they fold.
