Default Keep her alive?

I've got a 90 4 door Teg with 250000 miles on her.Shes been goot to me for 3 years now but starting to fall apart.I could fix it but it would mean ALL new suspension including control arms and axles and clutch and paint and the motor might need to be rebuilt.I've priced some stuff and I cant decide to fix it,rebuild the motor and swap it into something else,or scrap the whole thing and start with a completely new slate.Gimme some advice here guys I cant make a decision alone.

scrap it. take all the good parts off and make a better life for something else, LS swaps are good for civics as well as rear disc brakes. you can sell some of the body panels off since OEM parts are getting rare

Honestly I would scrap it if it has rust or a hole in the chassis, especially if you are not going to do all the work yourself. I would sell the engine or keep for a backup and save money to put a down payment on a RSX Type-S.
