Default 87 civic SI idle problems

Well just picked up a 87 civic si for my daily and it wont hold a idle when it is cold untill it is warmed up then it will jump a little bit could it be the iacv? and it is also very slugish bad injecter possibly let me no what you guys think thanks in advance.

on these cars you can actually adjust the IACV. try that.

If the timing belt is old it is possible for it to slip a tooth, causing some similar problems. I would check cam and ignition timing as well.

A can of injector cleaner might help, other wise have them cleaned and balanced if you think it is an injector problem.

Fixed it today cleaned the iacv then adjusted it and ist all set!!
