Default b16a1 intake help needed!!!

hey guys i bought a skunk 2 pro intake manifold with a throttle body on it. the vaccuum lines dont match up at all nor do the coolant lines. i now need to loop the lines back to them selves because the new manifold doesnt have the passages in it.

also the manifold came with a map sensor on the throttle body and mine is on the firewall. i am now wondering where to plug my map sensor in.

ANY HELP IS WELCOME!!!!!!

The vacuum lines don't necessarly have to be in the exact same location. They just have to be hooked up to the correct type of vacuum. Manifold vacuum is between TB and the head the vacuum lines to this area can be connected anywhere in this area.

As for the map sensor you can use either one. They will both read the same. Im not sure if you will have the port to connect your existing map sensor vacuum line to the TB. If not just extend the wires and use the one which is mounted on the TB.

As for the coolant lines you can just bypass the port in the manifold however if you live in a cold climate area you may have some cold start problems.

Hope that helps.

im in the process of bypassing the coolant lines already but as for the map sensor ( i belive this is it) it is located in the firewall. and there was one on the TB when i got it, now i know i screwed up taking it off by not looking where everything goes. but there are still lines left over from the stock one that will not fit onto this one i know for a fact.

there is one line that connected to the top of the stock Tb and now has nowhere to go on this one. it runs to the charcoal canister i belive. and the map sensor lines cannot connect to where they were on the stock one.
