GSR fuel pump into 92 VX???
I just bought a 99 GSR fuel pump for my 92 VX. I compared it to my stock one but the fittings are different. The stock one has a banjo bolt like the fuel filter under the hood, but the GSR pump has hoses with clamps. I thought they were a direct bolt in? Do I need to, or am I even able to transfer the pump part of the GSR onto the bracket thing from my VX so the fittings work?
I did this very pump swap a few days ago. You can't use the 99 GS-R pump assembly, just swap the actual inline pump itself into the VX's pump assembly. Bolts right in. Granted, my car is a work in progress and has no engine, therefore I have no idea if I installed it properly.
All kidding aside, it's an easy install.

This is correct. You just need to swap the pumps, not the entire assembly. Just pull the pump towards the top of the bracket (hard) and it'll pop right out.
I did this swap a while back and was a little thrown off at first as well.
