Need some help with a knock sensor code.

Code number 23 with a p30 (JDM B16) ecu. Just a full JDM B16 swap with simple bolt ons (Hytech replica header, blox intake manaild, password intake, no cat, top fuel catback, clutch and flywheel, hondata intake manifold gasket, everything else stock.)

The knock sensor was broken so i replaced it, but it might be rubbing on the hondata manifold gasket. It has a slight hestations at about 2900rpms. I replaced the timing belt, water pump, tensioner, plugs wires and the cap (rotor screw needs to be drilled out, the current rotor looks like it should be replaced) The timing is dead on so please do not bother asking that. I think the hesitation is from the rotor. So i sanded down the rotor contact point a little bit to show fresh metal, but nothing changed. Im assuming the knock code is from the hesitation then?

 

i also throw a "knock sensor code" using a OBD2 reader, i believe the code #p030? either way i am attempting to find out what it does and more importantly where it is located
