Default Lsvtec power with semi built block question

i have a arias pistons, rings and eagle rods in my b18b block with a block guard installed. My head is a b16a head with dual valve springs on the intake side and single valve springs on the exhaust side... my turbo that i have on the car in a super 20g .. it is rated at 500 to the wheels.. but the issue that i am having is that i am thinking about getting the skunk2 pro series stage 1 cams for the head... the head is not ported and polished.. and i am wanting to have about 400 plus at the wheels... i know i have seen many people use b16 cams and make a lot of power on them.. but i was wanting to make 400 plus at lower boost if i get the cams.. that is the big issue that i am wanting to find out..

Another issue that i am seeing is that i am wanting to run that much horsepower in a stock block car.. I have read up on people making a lot more power on the stock block.. but what i am saying is how long do they really last.. i would be very happy i could get almost 500 with my setup.. but i think that i am going to run out of turbo before anything else. the car is to be tuned when i get all the parts for it,, meaning cams or not... thanks a lot... for all the replies if any...
