Default Possible Tranny Problems, Please help

Hi everyone reading this. I got a problem with the car. I think it might be a tranny problem, but I dont know for sure, so id like to know what you people think.

First off I have a 98 Integra Automatic. I say that cuz it might help figure out the problem. And please keep all your auto tranny hating for another day, im so sick of hearing it hehe. Ok Anyway...

If im at a dead stop and i step on the gas more aggressive then average, the car jerks like as if i had a 5 spd and it was jerking coming outta first. Feels the same. It stops when I let off the gas. it does this mostly only form dead stops, sometimes when rolling slowly. I thought at first I might be spinning tires, but my tires are not bald and it doesnt make any noise. So then I figured it might be the tranny since it hasnt been serviced in a good while.

Please lemme know what you think. Im moving and driving this car cross country so I need to it be in perfect working order.
