i have a 00 ex cpe and im gettin a metal to metal sound from the front when hitting bumps or driving in gravel. i put new poly urethane sway bar bushings on and it helped out alot but when putting the bushings on seen the stab links were worn so i put them on and now noise is just as bad? please help

 

poly bushings can make a high pitch squeal that could sound like metal on metal. If you had metal on metal scraping somewhere on your car you would see the marks. You probably just need to lube the poly bushings.

 

how hard are you hitting the bumps
your bump stops in your shocks could be gone

 

not hitting bumps real hard but when driving in gravel it sounds like somthing is loose and gonna fall off my car

 

i have it lowered with kyb gr2 struts and hr sport springs
