Lately, when going over the angle on to my driveway, my integra has started to make this annoying creaking noise. When I go over anything angled lately it has started to make it. Usually I have my music up so I wouldn' here it, but lately I've been noticing it more and more. Does this mean I need new bushings? Is it risky in anyway, and does it hurt handling or performance? TIA

 

Hey, I am getting a similar sound every time I hit a bump, speed bumps particularly. Coming from front driver's side. Could it be shocks?

I just put new shocks/springs on my car and it creaks. It does it mostly when the car is cold though. I'm not sure where it's coming from.

 

I have the same exact thing. I'm going to try the Benen strong bar and see if that helps. I'll let you guys know.

 

I get a sound from my front driver side when I go over bumps and sometimes durin normal drivin but its rare. normally its only over bumps, but mine I wouldnt really call a creaking sound. Its kinda like the sound of something rubbing on something else, kinda like a floating brake pad but not as loud and my brakes still work perfect. Anyone know what it could be?

 

i believe that this is just the spring rubbing against itself

if you can get a foam or rubber sleeve around the spring, it should quiet it right down

my car is doing this as well but i haven't had a chance to fix it yet
