Fuel System Issue Help

Runs for a while, then all of a sudden with no warning check engine light comes on and car start sputtering in all gears. I turn off the car, and turn it back on the light disappears and when i try to check the CEL, there is no CEL code to check. before this the only thing that changed was the Plugs, but it did not start until a week after putting some Shell gas in.....After the random issue I have change, Dizzy, O2, Fuel Filter.....What else could it be that would cause a random sputtering at times.
