ok i got a question. i have a h22 turbo 1992 prelude. currently running a non tuned or chipped p14 h23 ecu...dont ask why i bought it like this...but i just bought a p13 jdm ecu stock. now what do i need to make it run turbo and where do i get this. i looked into crome tuning but do i really need to spend 600 bucks to run turbo?

 

...well you effed up buying the p13. get yourself a p28. and read up in the FI thread. they're are free programs out there, but you're going to need to spend money to have it tuned. don't drive the car without a tune. tow it to a tuner, and go from there. check around to see local tuners in your area, and what they tune with, and the prices for different programs. hondata and neptune rtp are up at the top. uberdata, chrome etc are also good. just search and read in the Forced Induction thread like previously stated.
