proportioning valve
i just put on a full gsr brake set up, and my question is can i pull the prop valve off the gsr and use it properly? its a 93 with abs, I didnt know if a 4040 prop valve from an integra with abs would be compatible with a non abs 94 civic coupe. I just spend an hour trying to find out the answer but to no avail. Im sure someone will say "your such a noob you [freak]in idiot, it wont work use this" but Im okay wtih that since it answers my question haha
I just put a 00 GSr setup on my 94 civic sedan. From my research you need to use a proportioning vale from a 90-93 integra non abs. By using this valve it also makes it a direct bolt in for the 30/30 valve most 92-95 civic's have. The exception is the bracket is not the same. if you check out some of the other forums you'll find out this info too. hope this helps.
non-abs car pre-mod
abs valves are a different style and do not have the correct hook ups. 6 connections are required for non-abs cars

Dude sorry for the misinformation. Just found out u actually need the prop valve from an eg as well as the front left and right brake lines from an eg. Everything else should be fine.
