Have you looked in the Forced Induction forum?
Most of us go Turbo.
Many more options that way.
Find a tuner in your area from the sticky in that forum. Talk with him and figure out what your next step is.

If you build it right, with the right parts, bore, etc, you can virtually eliminate turbo lag even with a turbo as big as a GT35r.
I made 550 whp/ 380 ft lbs on my first turbo build a month ago on 93 octane running the Fullrace AC GT stage 3 kit with the 35R, .82 and my power curve looks just like a all motor car.
I went with a 84x89 build and have instant power off the line. The power curve from 1000rpms on, is ABOVE my Jenvey ITB setup that made 220 whp. So I am just saying, if you do it right, turbo can be as good off the line and better on top end.
For instance I have a buddy with a 450/500 2003 Cobra Mustang, we did a pull (safely fellas, no one was around) on the beltway. Him in 2nd gear IN HIS POWER BAND, and me in 3rd around 3,000 rpms...when we hit it, he pulled maybe 4 feet ahead (ie my drivers door at his back seat) and then I pulled right up next to him and passed him with ease by the end of 3rd.
It kind of depends on how much money you have to spend, if you want to keep AC and PS, etc. Seeing as how its your DD though, I assume you want to keep AC and PS, and it can get VERY expensive doing that with a turbo like I just did. Looking back I should have just gotten a Corvette and thrown a head/cam/spray on it and saved myself some money haha

+1. Was this thread really necessary? I mean, aren't there already a dozen of these listed in the

If you think it's un-neccesary why would you open it and/or post in it. This post started in a model specific forum anyways. If you don't have anything positive or helpful to say gtfo and go bother somebody else
