I have been fighting TPS issues for a while now. I have tried to realign it with a multimeter a couple times but I have had people tell me 2 different ways it needs to be. SOme say it needs to be at 0v closed throttle and 4.5 full throttle. Some say it needs to be at .5v closed and 4.5 full open.

I have tried different TBs and still had the same problem so that tells me its in the wiring. I put a friends s300 in to use the datalogger and it says im always at 26%. Where should I start with the wiring?
