call G-force at (717) 202-8367 -- ask to speak with Lou - he handles the honda stuff.

i just got a gearset from them -- customer service was excellent with very quick turn around time to get it to me -- right now their gear options are limited but availability and service is very important to me and they can offer that

seems to be that Gforce and Magnus are on top of their game regards to taking care of their customers. From what I hear, they help you out alot and act like they want your business rather than you needing them.

I've had TOTALLY different experiences with Magnus than you have. Worst customer treatment I've ever seen in life. He's had my money for a gearset 2+ months and no gearset in sight. Doesn't return phone calls, promised me he'd have my gearset in 2 weeks! This is for a DSM gearset, something that he's "supposed" to specialize in. I can think of a million places your money would be better spent. He doesn't care about his customers like he makes people think. And yes, I've tried working things out with him before writing this post, he just doesn't care.

If anybody have trouble getting in contact with MAGNUS you can also call us for your HONDA/ACURA/MITSUBISHI gear set, we are more than happy to take your order or answer any questions you may have about the GEAR SETS. We have been running them for about 3-4 years with no problems!

We are one of MAGNUS only dealers for the gear sets!

Thanks for your time,

Fernando @ CFT

Well, Fernando, I thought I could go straight to the source and get some good service based on what I was told by other people who have dealt with Marco. I was wrong and now because of that, my team and sponsors who were just "thinking about helping out a little" have suffered. Two months is ridiculous by any stretch, even though the stuff came from Australia. I wouldn't be mad had he been honest with me from MINUTE ONE by telling me it was going to take 2 months+ instead of the 2 weeks I was promised. Do you guys have the gearset I need in stock????
