engines?

Default engines?

ok i have been looking for a new engine for my car, which is a 1995 honda civic DX, the current engine is a D15B7, well i have a couple of engines that i have found that i can choose from

first: a d15b JDM 60k miles, for 598 firm,
second: a D16a JDM 65k miles, for 300
third: a D16z6 100k miles for 400

which engine will have the most hp, and fit in my car?

haha i've owned all of these motors in my del sol (oil starvation) im running a jdm d15b now. id go with that d16a for the price and the miles. they all have 130 hp.

will the D16A line up with my D15b7 transmission? and how hard is it to swap over from the D15B7 to the D16A

it will bolt right up. D series with D series. B series with B series.

so then im guessing that i only need to get a new wiring harness, and ECU? what ECU should i get? p28? and then the wiring harness is easy to find

yo where did you find these engines...online? or at a junkyard, or from a friend? cuz im looking to build up a y8 and doing a turbo set up...

I would go with the d16z6 - your tranny will work - get the z6 tranny (ex/si transmission) for better gearing. You can modify your harness and just get the subharness from rywire.com and I would look for a p28 ecu
