What does it mean?

It's kinda stupid question.. I was browsing some of the use b16 engine and I saw it said long block only(cheaper price) What does it mean?

entire motor, hmmmm in lamens terms, the head is included. block-just bottom half. longblock-head+block.

so basically engine only ( no ecu, no tranny, etc) right?

depends on the person, i got my longblock with everything, generally though if hes sayin just longblock, thats exactly what he means, just longblock. But the best way to find out would be to ask.

somtimes longblock only means no intake mainfold and other misc stuff, they tell you to use your own.. really depends on the person/company you're getting it from
