Default Best advice for a B20Z ?

What's the best setup in terms of Cost, Ease to Install, Performance?
I think I have 3 options -
1. Vtec head on B20
2. 403 Cams, Springs, Retainers, etc for B20Z
3. JRSC B20Z

Thanks.
I currently have H/I/E, just want the next step.

My personal opinion:

1. JRSC (if you got the $$$)
2. VTEC head (what I did)
3. VT build (unless you're boosting or spraying I wouldn't even bother. you have to buy the parts and them have them installed, and for what?)

Then I'd go B20/VTEC

i would say b20vtec. if you dont have a vtec tranny then thats the first and most important thing you need. if you plan on leaving the stock pistons, you will have very little piston to valve clearence.clay your motor!!!!! if you want big power, the get hi comp. pistons like RS MACHINE 84 mm itr pistons and a nice lumpy cams. look into "block posting" as a cost effective upgrade. it keeps your sleeves in place. also if you stay stock rods and pistons, i recomend you at least change the rod bolts. from what ive read, it seems like they tend to stretch at high rpm causing spun rod bearings and more. also you need a good breather kit or your setup will not last. all this is nothing without a good tune.
