im running a gsr turbo and have managed to break a carquest reman axle already so i just replaced it with another reman from them so im sure it wont hold up that long either. so my question is who should i buy an axle from that can with hold my power. say 300hp? oem, raxles, dss, or like hasport. the catch is though idont want to pay an arm and a leg for one?

 

450 and havent broke my reman. axles. Its all in the driving, if your popping the clutch your going to be popping axles. Preload.

 

I personally suggest raxles but depends on application. If you launch hard or drive hard upgrade if not the reman should be okay for a while.

 

gator or zex axles...you wont be breaking them with 300hp

 

i havent even raced at the track yet nor race from a dig my car wont go anywhere so no point till the track. the thing is that it broke in third gear under boost im guessing from shifting into third then it broke apart then. so it was kinda weird. so im just thinking oem raxles driceshaft or none remans from napa?

well it happened to me shifting into third so that has nothing to do with preload. and im going to be turning up the boost at some point so like 400hp roughly.
