need help with . . . .
i am doing a b16a swap soon in my ek hatch n i had some questions?!
1. since the motor is a 1994, can i just change the block to a 99-00 and it would pass state reff including putting everything emission wise to usdm?
2. how would you jump a obd1 to an obd2
