Default GSR block w/GSR or B16 head?

I have a complete b18c1 but the head needs new LMA's. I have a B16 head that I will be swapping on in the mean time. Just wondering if there are any major differences to help me determine which head to build and keep. Thanks for the help.

stock a gsr head will net you slightly higher compression.

Stock a b16 head will slightly outflow a gsr head.

There are more IM choices with a B16 head.

The flow between the two heads is negligible, especially if you're going to have any headwork done.
