Default converted to stick help..

ok i did the full convertion the car runs when i jump starter and i was told from someone on here to connect the two bigger wires where the auto wires are but my car is throwing code 19 automatic lock or something anyway else to get the car to start and get that check engine light off???????need help asap i hate check engine lights..

So someone told you to connect the two big wires that just happen to be for the auto lock, and instead of doing it you just made a honda-tech thread instead?

The only way to get the check engine light off is to swap ur automatic ecu to a manual ecu of the same year and trim (I.E. LX=LX and EX=EX). The auto ecu will be looking for an automatic transmission which u don't have anymore. WHen you get the manual ecu u will notice that one of ur main harness plugs that go into ur ecu will not have a spot tp plug into ur manual ecu and as long as the ecu is good and u have no more underlying problems ur CEL will go away.

If you are throwing a transmission code it's because your probably using an automatic ecu.
