Default h22 swap help please help this is driving my crazy :|

whats uo i have a 1994 honda accord ex and i put a h22 into it about 2 weeks ago the car whas running excellent then i was at a friends house and noticed that there was no tension on the timing belt so i took it all apart and found that the bolt holding the tensioner broke off so i fixed it i put it all together and no the car shakes really bad i think that i have the rear balance shaft on wroung i know about the hole in the back that you put the bolt in i did that put i guess i have it 180 degress off and the car is redlining at 6500 now and the v-tech or the secondary air is not working the car still has some power so i dont think i blew anything i guess my car is running in limp mode and i dont understand why is it because the motor is shaking so much that the knock sensor is retarding my timing or what i also did notice when i take the oil cap off i get a puff of smoke if the car is running please help

i noticed that there is a dimple on the rear balance shaft pulley does any one know where that points to?
