Default H-series Help

I'm working on a project turbo car and was wondering if anyone had any knowledge about balance shafts. If I were to remove it from an H22, would the motor vibrate? What would happen? I know that there are removal kits that they make for Evos, but I don't know anyone that has done it on an H-series.

Thanks!

I just removed the balance shaft belt on my h22 integra and theres not that much vibration. I've been running it like that for several months now and its still going good..
