1993 lude warms up and dies.
when its cold it runs ok but when it starts warming up it will run in PARK or NEUTRAL. Put it in gear it dies. When it gets to where the fans come on it turns over and dies right after.
any solutions?
ive used the guides and used the search button =P

I don't know what that means, but what does it idle at when it runs? Is it like the car just instantly shuts off like all the power dies, or is it like the idle just gets so low that it slowly shuts off?

right now in park/neautral it idles 1800
in drive and reverse its 700-1000
when it gets halfway on temp gauge it turns over and idle is so low it just dies.

Hmmm...I would check out the basics for idle problems like the FITV and IACV. Here's a good idle fix thread: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1979500
I know you don't have a surging idle, but it sure sounds like getting your idle under control could fix your issues.

no lie this same thing just happened to me. i didnt drive my car for a week then got in it last firday, drove it about 3 miles then it started to bog down and the idle was going nuts then it just shuts off. I try and restart it and nothing. i let it sit for a day and go back to it and it fires right up. so i drive it to my mechanic cause i dont want to deal with it right now. i had a similiar problem before that turned out to be oil getting into the dizzy and causing it to shut off then id let it sit and the oil would make its way out of it. New dizzy and the problem was fixed. This time my mechanic looks at it for a whole day and cant figure it out. Then calls me today and says its my ecu. He told me something along the lines of when the engine is cold the ecu is running on an "open loop" then when it warms up it switches over or something and causes it to turn off. So i dunno doesnt make much sense to me. Just thought id share.
