jun 3's or ctr cams for turbo
Well, specs on these cams are:
Jun Type 3 12.0 mm 265.3 @ 1mm 11.5 mm 265.3 @ 1mm
JDM Civic Type R 11.5mm 243 @ 1mm 10.5 mm 235 @ 1mm
As you see the Jun 3's are much bigger that the ctr's. You'll have to run a pretty wild setup to get any advantage of the jun 3's. Well in the 600whp+ range. Even so you'll probably loose spoolup due to the bigger intake cam.
Personally I'd go with the skunk2 stage1 tuner series cams:
Skunk2 Stage 1 11.58 mm 252 @ 1mm 10.9 mm 249 @ 1mm
These cams are just a tad bit bigger than the ctr's. The intake cam is almost the same while the exhaust is bigger, which is exactly what you need for good spool and topend power. They usually make 20-30whp more than the ctr's with no loss in the power band. Works great in the 300-600whp range.
