A/c problems in a crx
Sup guys I got a 1990 crx sis here, so stock a/c
Problem I was having in about january/february was that the a/c would work but only at very low levels. So I got a freeon refill also converted it to the newer style and still was having the same problem. So I bought an a/c belt turned out it was the wrong size and I brought the belt back to the dealer.
What do u think my problem is with? I don't want to spend 1k to fix this lol, maybe just buy a new compressor? After the freeon was installed and it was converted we checked for tube leaks and found known. Help me out here
I know nothing about a/c's lol. Hell its hot in so cal!

save us all 60 lbs and rip it out.
its 90-100 in the summer here in colorado, and i just use my 2-80 (2 windows down, 80mph)ac with the air fully on, it works great for me.
lol, i just wanted to joke a little bit, i have no idea, i dont know anything about acs besides they have a motor, a belt that connects to it, and a little freon bottle by the wiper fluid. just know where everythings at to take out :-(

I just got my 91 dx ac converted yesterday. The guy had to do it a few times and everytime it would blow cold air for a minute and back to hot. So, while he was on the phone and my car was getting charge, I hopped in and pressed the ac button a few times while the car is running and the fan on max. Don't know what I did, but it worked and it helped out alot in yesterday heat.
