my hatch never came with AC so i installed everything got it working but the fan never kicks on i tested it and it works also the the line going from the condeser to the evap can and from compressor to the condenser get hot and its not just warm its really hot

any ideas

the system works fine when im moving but when i stop or sit still there is no AC at all

 

what fan the climite control fan inside the car or the cooling fan for the ac unit in the engine bay?

Condenser fan has it's own fuse in the engine fuse box.

 

replaced it 3 times all three fuses werent bad

 

Did you hook up a manifold gauge to the high and low pressure side fittings? You will need to do this to diagnose your system pressures.

Was the A/C system you put in new or used? If used, there could be blockage in the line somewhere.

the system is used and i havent diagnosed yet so it could be possible that its clogged
