What should I gap my spark plugs to? Whats recommended? Sometimes when I start my car it sounds like all 4 cylinders are not firing up at the same time.

stock 92 civic DX with ONLY 91k!!!, changed the ignitor, plugs, wires, cap, rotor....fuel filter, main relay....WTF?

1 month ago when i changed the fuel filter, started the car 10 times straight and was fine, couple days later it started acting up again.

Then I changed the relay... did the exact same thing. Started up fine for days and then started fing up again.

I changed all above other things beforehand.

the only CEL I have ever has is #17 for VSS.(Fixed).... Never had a misfire read. Car has been babied forever.

Maybe the fuel pump?

Check under your hood but it should say "1.1mm".

^sounds to me like you need a new timing belt. we all have been there at one point in our honda life. its about your time.

I have purchased all necessary items to do a timing belt change(waterpump, and the gaskets, with the other belts)... Just havent had a chance for my friend to put it in.

Wouldthis cause my car to stutter when starting though??

bad timing causes many things. one of them being a stuttered start. it also decreases mpg's, loses performance, sucks altogether... you get the point. you should have your timing belt done now in your cars life. i think honda recommends it at either 90 or 100k. not sure which. basic tune-up you already did so go with what honda says you should do.
