why u taking out the core? leaking? I would just route the hoses back into each other get like a 180 deg and run them into each other, what i did with my truck till i got a new core,, easy fix till it gets cold but i guess it doesnt get to cold over there

you can either plug them or loop them together. i plugged mines...try go to checkers or something and look for the coolant bypass caps.

you can block them off or just couple them together. when temp control in the car is on cold, it's effectively blocked at those hoses anyway.

i would just connect them so i could get a little coolant capacity/flow and so i could use the heater core again

yups i plugged mines...my car never did over heat ever. it just looks cleaner in a way because there are less hoses to deal with. i doesn't effect the coolant flow in any way.
