SMOG QUESTION?!
hey guys im trying to help my friend on a decison on a car that hes trading, but anyways. he wants to know if theres a way the jdm b16 would pass smog on a 1990 acura integra

If the B16 is from a 90 or newer vehicle, and was installed with all of the required smog equipment, yes. However, it will have to be taken to a state ref, not just any smog shop.

you would have to get many parts from the USDM b16...and if that car didnt come w/that motor stock, you would have to register it to it, so that would take you to state ref.
