I use a 7/32 hex bit 3/8 drive on a extension and hit it with a hammer.

Our we talking D series or B series ?

I do D's from the top with a long 3/8 extension. Down behind the TB.

Yep then from the top. It takes about 2 long 3/8 extensions. You can look down from around the TB and put the shift linkage in a spot where you can see the bitch pin. Then just drive it down and out.

The first time is the hardest. After that you learn not to drive it all the way back in from the bottom.

jesus guys its so easy to take it out...usually takes me 1 min.

if you have AC take the 12 mm bolt out.

place it against the bitch pin and hammer it out. takes me less then a min to pound it out.

if not you can use a phillips screw driver thats smaller then the hole but big enough so it doesnt slide out and bang on it.

or you can buy an 8mm punch.

i always just use the 12 mm A/C bolt.

Not once you've figured it out.

Have you ever tried a B series. I've only done them a couple of times. Haven't figured them out yet.
