LOL, ive always wondered why my check engine light doesnt go on when i turn on the car, so i look behind the cluster and next thing you know it doesnt have a bulb!so i replaced it, lol now when i turn on the car, its off but when i wait around for about 2 mins the CEL STAYS ON! and also my BRAKE ICON STAYS ON also and for sure my ebrake is down lol! what to do? whats wrong? HELP!

i dont think that shows whats wrong when its just on. or did i miss it?

 

Hmmm i dont know how about you tell us the code its putting out................ it might help a little

 

Did you follow the how-to or not

 

the cel light is just on.

 

Get the CEL code from shucks or some related auto place.

 

The light will ALWAYS just stay on unless you jump the connector....as stated in the how-to.

Going to a place to have the code scanned is a waste of time - you can do it yourself.

 

Yeah, if you jump the little blue connector like it shows, the cel will start blinking. Or are you sayin you already tried that it and didn't blink?
