What to replace when doing removing the head?
The head is off the car.
When it comes to time to reinstall what do I need to replace bolts, gaskets, seals etc.?
On a side note,
Are ARP head studs and bolts the best stuff to use?

head gasket, exhaust manifold gasket, intake manifold gasket, timing belt (not necessary but a smart move>why not?) and thats about all i can think of if you want to do it right
the reason i know is because my head is at the machine shop right now and i have the gaskets/belt sitting in the corner of my room

hey man, for ~$9 for an exhaust manifold gasket and possibly upgrade to the hondata intake manifold gasket and get some power (3-9% horsepower increase, as the dynos show).....it's worth it.......why not do it right and have piece of mind/confidence that nothing will go wrong!??!
if the gaskets arent torn......who cares, fugg it
arp is a good option if your in the habbit of removing your head all the time, or will see increased cylinder pressures.

I'd like to see these dynos. I think the hondata gasket will give you more consistent hp...not more hp. You will lose less hp as the engine heats up.
