um, no... definatly not.... dial indicators only work on ITR cams.



there's also nice programs out there with little hardware kits like cam doctor, dr. cam... etc... does it automatically for you and can be input into some of the more popular engine simulation programs. we don't have a cam dr. at school as of yet, but if i want to go out of my way i could certainly have a friend toss some effort at it.

my data wasn't exact, and i had to eyeball TDC, but i ended up with 11.4906 mm lift (as opposed to 11.50 published... that is, unless vegeta beat a thou off this cam). {also, assuming 1.56 is the correct rocker ratio... someone confirm if they wish, i forget}

but they test 98 spec and 20 spec, it's same time for the 1/4 mile

I know that for turbos you still want a long duration just not as high lift cam.

I was just wondering if the 2001 ITR intake cam is the same as the JDM CTR intake cam.....Does the CTR intake came have 3 degree more duration than the 98 ITR cam also?

 

They are similar for sure. Identical? That is uncertain.

Anyone in FL got a CTR IN cam for Matt to evaluate?
